Refund Policy

Since dermatology is not an exact science, the outcome of the procedures offered at Rejove is based on many aspects, including but not limited to the customer’s skin type, post-, and pre-therapy care, etc., and any treatment does not entail a hundred percent result. Depending on a case-to-case basis, there may be a need for touch-ups or additional sessions after the initial treatment set.

Accordingly, it is set forth that once you have paid the amount for your treatment, you consent and undertake that no refund of any kind shall be made, nor shall you be eligible to claim for any type of refund of any money paid and tendered by you and that all such methods are not assignable or transferable in any way.

Management Rights

You also agree and confirm that the management has the total right to review the eligibility of any refund request based on its assessment of all facts, circumstances & customer-provided records and reserves full and complete freedom to approve or reject any claims of refund and also reserves its sole right to grant/agree a full or partial refund or none at all as shall be applicable in accordance to the circumstances or facts on a case-to-case basis.

You further agree that discussions or disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, where the company has its registered office.

Deductions

You understand, agree, verify and confirm that in case of any payment made by availing third-party loans/ EMI’s, any refunds made at the circumspection of the management shall be made subject to any deduction as applicable and agreed between the 3rd parties and customers as per their terms and conditions.

Further, any refund will be subjected to any or all applicable deductions on payment gateway charges, delivery, and /or any other service charges as may apply.
